properly completed and signed application.

Camper applications may be obtained from Registrar Sydni Phillips.
With application, we appreciate payment in full, of which $20 is nonrefundable. Only a
paid in full application guarantees reservation. Applications are not accepted during the
last seven days before desired camp week.
